Gluten, refined sugar and wheat free macadamia chocolate chip cookies:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Pure Coco Ltd coconut flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp Pure Coco Ltd coconut sugar
2 Tbsp Pure Coco Ltd coconut nectar syrup
3 Tbsp Forty Thieves macadamia vanilla maple butter
1/3 cup Vigour and Vitality coconut butter - melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
Method:
Add eggs, coconut sugar, pure vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
Add in melted coconut butter and macadamia butter
In a separate add dry ingredients and combine
Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix
Add in chopped macadamia nuts and chocolate and combine
Add spoonful of the mixture onto a lined baking tray
Press down with a folk
Place in a pre heated oven 180 degrees for 10min
Place on a cooling rack once finished
