I am very picky on the ingredients I choose to use in my recipes and over the years have tried many brands to find the products I love and only use.
Coconut products such a coconut oil, sugar, flour, coconut nectar are a big part of my whole food staples. I use these products in so many of my recipes. I found its so important when using coconut products you need to use very good quality. Its very obvious in the taste of the coconut products and the final result of your cooking and baking.
I have been using PureCoco Coconut products for years now and would not use any other coconut products. My daughter just loves eating a spoonful of the coconut oil straight from the tub. I use it on my skin as a body moisturizer.
