Raw Ombre Cheesecakes

I had a the whole day to myself yesterday so I got a bit fancy in the kitchen. Raw Ombre Cheesecakes! Surprisingly easy to make!

I used my lemon goji bliss ball recipe for the base (minus the goji) goo.gl/QjbquK and used Nuzest New Zealand Clean Lean Protein to sweeten. Press this into the bottom of 12 silicon muffin moulds.

For the filling I blended:

1.5 cups cashews soaked overnight
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/3 cup Pure Coco Ltd coconut oil, melted 
2 Tbsp - 1/4 cup sweetener (I used Natvia - honey would be good too). 
juice of one lemon
1 tsp vanilla extract 

Then I added 1 tsp of Dragonfruit blend Misty Day Plant Potions

Add about 1 heaped Tbsp of the mixture on top of each crust.

Place in the freezer to harden.

Add another tsp or two of the plant powders until you have the desired colour. Repeat the process and return to the freezer to harden.


Top with coconut and a sprinkling of additional powder.
