revealyourselfnz Raw nutty granola slice:
1 cup @revealyourselfnz and @kilonewzealand Berry Berry Cacao Granola
1 cup mixed almonds and walnuts
4 Tbsp flaxseeds
4 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 1/2 cup pitted dates
1/3 cup @freshasnz freeze dried raspberries
4 Tbsp @purecocoltd coconut oil
Raw chocolate Topping
1/2 cup @purecocoltd cacao powder
1/2 cup purecoco coconut nectar
4 Tbsp Purecoco coconut oil
Soak dates in boiling water for 10 min to soften, then discard water.
Add to @vitamix_aunz or processor. Add all remaining base ingredients and process until mixture comes together and a fairly coarse consistency. If like not too crunchy, process to the texture you like.
Pour into a lined slice tin and Press down firmly.
Place in the freezer while make the chocolate topping.
All all ingredients into a double boiler and melt slowly until all dissolved and smooth
Remove base and pour over top
Sprinkle over some more Reveal Yourself Granola and set in the freezer for at least 1/2 an hour to fully set.
Take out and allow to sit for about 15 minutes before slicing. Store in fridge.
