Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

These Cacao Peanut Butter Cups are super easy and absolutely delicious


Makes 12 Cups

Raw Cacao Chocolate Layer:

Peanut Butter Layer:



  1. Line a muffin tin with muffin papers.
  2. In a bowl or measuring cup, add the raw chocolate ingredients (Cacao powder, coconut oil, nectar and vanilla extract)
  3. Warm this in a small bowl to bring together
  4. Pour half of the cacao chocolate mixture into the muffin papers (enough to cover the bottom). Keep the half for the top layer.
  5. Freeze for 15-20 minutes (or until solid).
  6. In another bowl add the Peanut butter layer ingredients (Forty Thieves peanut butter, nectar, and 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
  7. Warm this in a small bowl to bring together
  8. Pour mixture evenly into the muffin tin to create the second layer.
  9. Freeze for 5-10 minutes.
  10. Pour remaining chocolate mixture on top of the peanut butter layer.
  11. Freeze until firm about 1 hour.
  12. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  13. Enjoy!
