Raw Cacao Slice

Purecoco & Christians Kitchen Raw, Vegan, Nutrient Dense Coconut, Cacao Slice

Slice Base:
4 cup dates (Soaked in hot water and drained)
2 cup almonds
4 heaped tbsp chia seeds
6 tbsp pumpkinseeds
1 cup nuts seeds cranberry
Pinch coconut threads
6 tbsp Purecoco Coconut Oil

Raw Vegan Chocolate Topping:
1 cup Purecoco Raw Cacao Powder
1 cup Purecoco Coconut Nectar
½ cup Purecoco Coconut Oil

Method:
Slice Base:
Blend the dry ingredients in a processor until mostly ground but still have some chunks for texture, place to one side.
Blend dates and add them to the dry mix.
Add the coconut oil to the nuts, seeds and date mix.
Stir to bring together.
Pour into a lined baking dish and press and flatten to required consistency.
Put in the freezer to firm up.
Chocolate topping:
Place the cacao powder, coconut nectar and coconut oil into a pot on a low heat and warm together.
Once it comes together pour over the frozen slice and put back in the freezer to set.
After 15 minutes it will be fine to slice and serve.
