Matcha Bliss Balls (By Reveal Yourself NZ)
½ cup shelled pistachio nuts
1 cup cashew nuts
½ cup shredded coconut
1 tsp matcha powder
1 Tbsp. PureCoco extra virgin coconut oil
1 Tbsp. PureCoco coconut nectar syrup
¼ cup chopped shelled pistachio nuts for coating
Place the nuts, shredded coconut and matcha powder into a food processor and process until you create a fine crumb.
Add in the coconut oil and coconut nectar syrup and blend until the mixture starts to come together. It should be sticky enough to hold together.
Remove the blade and take a small handful of the mixture and roll into balls.
Roll your bliss balls in your chopped pistachio mixture or in some matcha powder
Place in the fridge to set and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
